Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

All original tags and labels must still be attached.

Trying on an item is permitted; wearing it beyond fitting is not allowed.

Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

After approval, you will receive return instructions from our team.

The item must be returned at your own expense, including all shipping and customs costs.

We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Return addresses are provided after contact and approval only.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and approved as being in acceptable condition:

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
